Return Policy

Our Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise purchase, you may return any item, excluding the Phylia Travel Trio (promotional), within 10 days of delivery, for a full refund, less shipping charges, applied discounts, or value-added gift items, when applicable.

How To Return an Item

To return an item, simply email us (at info@phyliahair.com) and we will email you a return label. Please print the label, repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and ship via FEDEX, as per our return shipping label.

Return items must be postmarked within 10 days of the date your tracking number shows the order was delivered to you.

Refunds

Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.

Return Shipping

Phylia de M. is not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, we will provide a prepaid return label.
